When the whole of Uttarakhand was devastated beyond recognition, while the whole country was mourning for the loss of precious lives here's what he had to say :
"This is not man made disaster but lack of coordination."
All my education has gone for a big toss!. My education had always taught me that coordination is a part of governance.
